Arcadia Communities acquires The Trace Senior Living Community in Covington, Louisiana

Louisville, Ky., June 1, 2011 — Arcadia Communities, an operator of senior living communities headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky announced today that is has acquired The Trace Senior Living Community in Covington Louisiana.  The company plans to operate the 77 apartment community as The Trace and the staff and management will remain in place.  The exclusive 3-story residence for active seniors seeking Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care services offers residents the opportunity to enjoy a carefree lifestyle in a community that offers quality service and care, spacious customized apartments, and tremendous amenities.

 The community was built in 2009 and has successfully stabilized with full occupancy at the time of acquisition.
